江泉木業(yè)是山東江泉實(shí)業(yè)股份有限公司主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。公司占地面積約20萬平方米，總資產(chǎn)1億，年生產(chǎn)總值3億多元。現(xiàn)有包括拼接機(jī)、滾筒式干燥機(jī)、雙面定厚砂光機(jī)等國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線26條，月產(chǎn)銷膠合板及建筑模板能力為15000立方米，集裝箱底板2000立方米，單板3300立方米。
公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行IHPA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和歐盟EN13986：2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。公司于2003年順利通過ISO9001：2000質(zhì)量管理體系審核認(rèn)證；2004年6月份又通過了歐盟結(jié)構(gòu)用途膠合板產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證，是國內(nèi)同行業(yè)第二家通過該認(rèn)證的企業(yè)；2005年通過了中國、法國、德國和美國等四國船級(jí)社認(rèn)證。公司擁有嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)檢系統(tǒng)，質(zhì)檢中心通過了國家出口膠合板過程監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫模式|類企業(yè)審核要求，可進(jìn)行膠合板甲醛釋放量測定、水分含量測定、膠合強(qiáng)度測定、彈性模量測定、靜曲測定等。
Jiangquan wood is one of main enterprises of Shangdong jiangquan industry Stock Co.,Ltd .covering an area of 200 tgousanf square meters with total asset RMB 100 million yuan and yearly output value RMB 300 millon yuan. Jiangquan , having 23 production lines with the advanced roller drier, jointing machines,600 ton hotpresses and doubleside calibrators , can produce and sell all types of plywood, including film faced plywood 15,000 cubic meters,veneer 3300 cubic meters per month.
The quality of plywood can meet IHPA standard ,EU EN 13986:2002 standard. Jiangquan has passed the certification of ISO 9000 quality management system in 2003. In June 2004, the Company got the approval of EU CE marking. This is the second company of the same industry which gets EU CE certificate. In 2005, Jiangquan got the test report of CCS ,BV, GL , and ABS .The company set up a strict quality inspection system . The Quality inspection Center reached the request of audit of CIQ process supervision for class I enterprise of export plywood , the center can test the formaldehyde emission, moisture content ,bonding strength, modules of elasticity, static bending strength.
